Refund and Returns Policy | 14 Day Money Back Guarantee

2for1glasses.co.uk customers have the right to cancel all orders within 14 days starting the day after delivery, and receive a full refund or be offered an exchange of product. This includes returns due to any manufacturers faults, or unsuitability of the product.

A refund will be issued within seven (7) days of your cancellation request,  (You should be aware that in processing any bespoke order, e.g. Oakley prescription specific sunglasses, non standard lenses, tints etc which are specific to you, cannot be refunded.). Please note that for goods paid for by debit/credit card, that we can only make a refund to the card used to make the original transaction. 

Damage which becomes evident after 14 days starting the day after delivery, wear and tear, or mistreatment of the item by the customer is not the responsibility of 2for1glasses.co.uk, and the company is not responsible for any claims. All frames are guaranteed by manufacturer's warranties, however the guarantee does not cover wear and tear or mistreatment. Furthermore, scratches on the lenses are not covered under any warranty.

We would ask that you then return your cancelled order to us in its original packaging, or other suitably protective packaging complete with frame(s) case(s) and cloth(s) and with a copy of the original sales invoice. You are responsible for making sure the items reach us in good condition and for the any postage and insurance costs.
